Alta HR isn't registering my sleep

I am so upset to see my sleep function has been taken away when it’s the only reason I bought this one.  It no longer tracks my sleep nor gives information regarding this.

Asks me to suddenly pay 12.99 a month to get PREMIUM and access the function I’ve been using for the last 2 and a half years.

Very sad and disappointed with Fitbit. im going with a competing company now.

Hey, thanks for your participation in the Forums.

I understand how are you feeling and will be glad to help you out with the sleep issue you are experiencing. If your Fitbit isn't tracking this information, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the Fitbit. See instructions in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the Fitbit on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in the help article: How do I edit my sleep history in the Fitbit app?

Let me know how it goes.
