Since March 12/20 my walks are not being recorded in Track Your Exercise on the Fitbit app and in Recent Exercise on the Fitbit website dashboard.
I have restarted my Fitbit Alta HR 5 times. I have uninstalled the Fitbit app twice. I have turned off my bluetooth and turned it back on. I have checked and confirmed that my Fitbit app and Tracker are both updated to the current version.
I really rely on the Track Your Exercise so I can see what zones I walked in and from there improve my speed. This is the main part of the app I use.
Please can someone help me?

Hey, I appreciate your participation in the Forums.
Thanks for troubleshooting this workout issue. Are you using SmartTrack? If you are, SmartTrack recognizes an exercise that lasts at least 15 minutes. If your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.
