Alta HR isn't registering sleep score

I haven't seen sleep stages or a sleep score since January 6th. I've manually synced, rebooted and logged out of my account. I've also tried wearing on the other wrist, adjusting the position but nothing has helped. By logging out I started to receive the daily heart rate records again but nothing fixes the sleep stages/score problem.

Welcome to the Community, @Chel24.

Thanks for troubleshooting this sleep score issue. You must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

If you see sleep stages but don’t see a sleep score:

  • Note that it may take a few minutes for your sleep score to appear.
  • Update the Fitbit app to the latest version. For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?

Let me know the outcome.

Hi, I finally got sleep stages and score, for one night. Back to problem again the next night, so I logged out and back in again, rebooted again and got a result again. Will see if it can work for 2 nights tonight. I'd already ensured that I had the latest update installed. Thanks

Hi @Chel24 if you tap on an affected sleep, on the next page, under the chart, you may find the reason for not seeing sleep stages.
