I have an issue with my Fitbit Alta HR, how can i get the service? The invoice date is May 2019,  please inform me what to do?

Can you please be more specific about the issue you are having with your Alta HR? Is the device setup to your account? If it isn't, you can follow the steps in the article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?.
