Alta HR lost Bluetooth connection and won’t reset

My Alta HR doesn’t seem to link with Bluetooth on my phone anymore. I’ve read a few messages here where people say reboot the Fitbit by holding down buttons on the charging cable….. there are no buttons on my cable!  Is there another way to reboot?

I'm having the same issue and pushing the cable button 3x didn't help resolve my Bluetooth issue. Any other suggestions?

Please remember that the user will not be able to pair their fitbit to the phone, any attempt will be blocked by the fitbit.

The fitbit app manages the Bluetooth connection.

The app will eventually ask for permission to pair/connect the tracker to the phone.

Removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth may encourage this step.

Do not remove the tracker from the app. You will only be adding more problems.
