Alta HR no longer records Heart Rate

Both of the green pulsating circles no longer work. Heart rate not being recorded. I reset it several times but it does not help.

It is possible that heart rate tracking is actually turned off.

 

Go the the Alta HR setup screen in your mobile app.

 

Scroll down to the "Heart Rate" tile below "main Goal" and "Customize Display".

 

It the Heart Rate tile doesn't say either "Auto" or "On" but says "Off", tap the tile and select "Auto" for better battery life or "On".
