Alta Hr no long syncs to app and tracker display is only visible in the dark. Tracker fully charges and works fine. Just can't update the data within the app or by signing into my account. Any suggestions on how to corect? Sync report unable to locate device. Never had a problem until now.

Hi @Maryncalvn as they get older, the Alta series did seem to have those of us who got dimmer screens. My Alta HR did that, too. I now have a Luxe, which has a brighter screen and is much better for me. There really isn't a solution for the screen dimming.
As for it not syncing, there have been app updates for Android and iOS recently. You might want to see if that is something you can do. Restarting the Fitbit usually helps with some glitches, so that might be a good idea to do. Let us know what happens.
