I received my low battery warning so I plugged it in as usual but the battery symbol didn't come on. I have cleaned contacts both on the device and the charger but the results are the same. Not charging. Has this happened to you? Were you able to get the device to charge?

Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago & it won't do a thing. I've been reading several people have had issues. I wonder if the will recall them?

Mine will say fully charged then I check back later the battery is fully drained. I also am not keeping sync on

Is all day sync an issue then? Should I turn that off since it’s not syncing anyway?

I called customer service. They instructed me to try charging the device again and to press the button on the charger three times. This time it worked and it is currently charging.
