Alta HR not counting steps, sleep or heart rate

Alta HR - time and date are correct.  Shows battery charged.  Yesterday it stopped tracking steps, sleep and now heart rate, too.  

 

I reset it but no change.

Hi @Babs47 oh, that isn't good. Try restarting it a few more times, but if that doesn't help then sadly your Alta HR is probably dying.
