Alta HR not estimating distance at all

The past few runs my Alta HR hasn't estimated distance at all.  Steps are entered, so there isn't a problem on my part.  What's wrong with it?

@KSCubsFan   According to the Alta HR manual, it can only track activities with SmartTrack, the auto recognition feature.  SmartTrack doesn't report a distance in the exercise details.  Are you saying that you get your steps, but aren't seeing a change in your daily distance total?
