Alta HR not giving sleep score - can't reset w/o original charger (that broke)

Any tips on how to reset Alta HR without the original charger? I don't even see one for sale on the site. the battery is draining in a day and is not giving a sleep score.

Hi @Paradocs  you might have to go to a third party seller on Amazon or check with retailers such as Best Buy. Be sure the charger has the restart button or it won't help you. There is no alternate way to restart the Alta HR. You must have the proper charger. The Alta HR was discontinued and has since been replaced by the Inspire series, which was replaced by the Inspire 2. Unfortunately, those chargers won't work with your Fitbit.
