My Alta HR won’t keep charge past 4 hrs & green light always on, how do I fix this?  I noticed someone said reset it. How do I reset it?

Hi @GS1366Soupy Yes, try restarting your Alta HR a few times. If that doesn't fix it though, then it is dying.
