My Alta HR is not receiving text alerts from my iPhone 11. I’ve reset Fitbit, Bluetooth on/off, nothing appears to help. Calls from iPhone vibrate on Fitbit.

I’m having the same problem but my Fitbit doesn’t even vibrate when a call comes through anymore. I hope you hear a reply soon.
