My Alta HR has stopped recording my heartbeat. When I do a factory reset it works for a couple of hours and then stops again. Any suggestions?

I chatted with them this am. Evidently they had to escalate it. It was left that they would contact me by email. In the mean time I guess it just won't record hr. Everything else is working.  Sad since that was the main feature I got it for.
