Hi, apologies I'm sure this will have been asked before but today my Alta HR has stopped recording any data - steps, heart rate, sleep etc.  Everything was fine yesterday.  I've tried the restart - plugging in to laptop and pressing button 3 times but still doesn't work.  Does anyone know of any other way to kickstart it.  Or is it basically now just a watch!  I'm using an iphone 6s and my phone software and fitbit app are all up to date!

I am using a Samsung Android.  My  alter HR has been syncing  my heart rate, number of sleep hours until last week to date.   Number of sleep hours is not recorded for a week now. Please assist in rectifying this. Thank you.
