My Fitbit Alta HR has been not providing sleep scores, only simplified data, for 10 days now. I get only simplified sleep info, like I have not had more than three hours sleep (one day I had ten hours, so the amount of sleep is definitely not a problem!).
The Fitbit is fully charged. The phone Fitibit App is up to date. I am using a fully up to date Android phone. Everything else works as normal.
I have used a Fitbit for years. I know how and where to wear it. I get heart rate data. EXCEPT the sleep data does not arrive. For ten days now.
