Alta HR display fitbit.com/setup and not sync to my oppo phone. Not sure what's the reason. FYI this is a non-updateable version as per seller's claim.

Hi @zhr  you can only download the app if you're running Android 8 or higher. here is the article about compatibility of the devices - click to read.

I have successfully downloaded the app as I have no issue on device/Android version. The app keep notifying me on latest software update but I have failed to do so after few attempts.

@zhr  a firmware update goes to the actual device. click to learn more. A software update would be the app.
