Hello @Jimbo7599. Welcome to the community forums!

If you haven't done so, I'd recommend performing the suggested troubleshooting steps in this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

On a side note, I've moved your post to the Alta & Alta HR board to keep our forums organized.

Hope this helps.

Alta HR with your phone. You mentioned you have tried different solution on your to address this issue, however I'm wondering if you have tried a restart on your tracker? It was released a new version of the Fitbit app recently, which I'm sure you've installed already, so I'm wondering how it goes so far?

If the issues still persists have you tried with a restart on your tracker? Perhaps this will do the trick to sync your tracker:

  1. Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press the button on your charging cable 3 times within a few seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

If you have the recent version of the Fitbit app: Android app version 2.66 is now available - 2/5 and the issues still is persists, try to log out from your Fitbit Dashboard and force quit the Fitbit, go to your app and log back in and try one ore time again.

See you later and hope you get back on track soon.
