My Alta HR tracking has worked fine for ages but all of a sudden the green lights on the back aren't there. I've tried setting them to auto/on in the app but still nothing, I've also done a reset of the device using the long press on the power cord button but still nothing.
Anything else I can try or is it faulty?

Try restarting your tracker several times (it sounds as if you may be using the wrong restart proceedure - see link) Restart your tracker
Then if the lights are still not on, go to the app and turn the HR to off and sync. Then go ba k and turn back to auto and sync again. If still no greennlights you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )

Um yea... several days and no response from Support.
