Alta HR not tracking bike exercise

I've been riding quite a bit outdoor on my mountain bike not to mention on my spin bike at home and none of it gets registered. I have to do it manually but data I put in is not accurate. Im pretty sure last week rides were registering and now nothing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared.  To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your device not recording your Bike exercises or other activities as well? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Alta HR and learn more about exercise tracking here.
