My heart rate data is not syncing.
I have restarted the Fitbit Alta HR.
Deleted the app on my phone.
Turned notifications on and off.
Switched through On/Off/Auto on the Heart rate setting.
Still not working.
But it does show a reading on the app and Fitbit.

Hi @Zv16, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your Alta HR prior to posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for the reply.
The sensors are working.
And my heart displays on the watch and in the app. However, no dats is stored on the app.
When I go in to the heart rate option on the dashboard it shows the stats for 26 Feb.
When I select 26 Feb I am able to scroll to the dates up to now. However, like I mentioned it doesn't display when I go in the the heart rate option.
This must be an app issue.
I hope you understand what I mean.

Sounds like I’m having the same issue. Heart rate shows on my wrist device during a workout but then when I sync it to my phone there’s no heart rate data in the exercise I logged.

Same issue so I can no longer manually enter exercise. They need to stop ignoring all these reports and fix this. It started right after last app update
