My Alta HR was replaced by Fitbit in Aug 2019, after it failed,, with what I assume was a NEW replacement, but it has failed again. It keeps switching off and needs to be re-set to restart. FItbt accept there is a problems but say that it's now outside it's 12month warrenty period and will only offer a 30% discount on a new watch.
I expect any item to last! In particular a watch, and certainly for more than 15 months. To expect a person to buy a new device every 2 years is a down right disgrace.
Has anyone else experienced similar poor customer service
