My device reflects a number of steps, I sync with my iPhone app, the correct number of steps appear in the app, then as I am watching the number of steps decreases in the app AND on my device by several hundred. My Alta HR has lost more than a thousand steps this week during syncs. I thought perhaps doing a restart might resolve the issue. However, pressing the restart button three does not bring up the FitBit symbol, the device screen does not go black ....it does nothing. I have done a 'forget this device' , turned off bluetooth, turned it back on, paired my Alta HR again .....and still no resolution. The inaccurate step count for this week on my app, matches the computer dashboard. What do I need to do to get this device to restart?
