Alta HR screen gone blank and not resetting

Hi, my Alta hr this morning has completely blank, it had about 60% charge. It won’t charge and I’ve tried the rest using the button on the charging cable with no result. The app had said it wasn’t syncing every now and again- but then it managed it with no problem.

Thanks for trying to solve this prior posting @Annatdp, I'm sorry to hear this situation happened again. If the back lights on your Alta HR are not on, you can try the steps in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.

@Pastepot if the issue persists and if you haven't tried to restart your Alta HR you can find the steps to do it in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
