I can't read my watch screen. Numbers are fading.

Hi @Mcbr  your Alta HR must be getting older. Mine was harder to read outside and in well lit rooms, but worked well otherwise. There isn't much you can do other than to do a restart of the device to see if it helps. I switched over to the Luxe, where the screen is a bit larger and lets me adjust the brightness. Sorry there isn't much you can do about it.

Hi there, @Mcbr. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I recommend trying the restart suggested by @Odyssey13. I'd also try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've moved your post to the Alta & Alta HR board for organization purposes.

Hope this helps.

If you think they are fading now, just wait until it goes dark.

Good luck in finding anyone there at FitBit that will help you. They will recommend you purchase another tracker.
