There is a message on my alta each. The message is
Alta.com/setup .
And then can't sycrinise my watch and fitbitv.
Pls help me with my problem.thx

Hi, @Maryam1554 , if you are seeing the set up message on your Fitbit, then you need to set it up before you can use your Fitbit and sync to your account.
So assuming you have downloaded the Fitbit app and logged in to your account, please click on the profile icon/picture top left of the opening (Today) screen. When you click on the photo/ icon that will take you to the account screen.
On the account screen scroll down to “+set up a device”. From the drop down box click on your device (Alta or Alta HR, presumably). The program will begin searching for your device and you can follow the instructions there.
It is a good idea to make sure your Fitbit is well charged before setting up and away from other Bluetooth devices, especially other Fitbits.

My Alta HR tracker spontaneously stopped responding to taps. So, I plugged it in to the charger, tried to restart it several times, but it won't restart. It just alternated between the restart diamond logo and the battery icon. prior to that it was just spontaneously switching through all of the screens. Tried turning off bluetooth and restarting the iphone. Then connected the tracker and tried to redo the setup. It initially finds the tracker, but the fails to complete the setup. Now the only thing it will display is fitbit.com/setup, which it won't complete. It is fully charged. I don't what to do at this point. Any further suggestions?
