Alta HR screen went blank

I have the black screen on my ALTA HR.  I have flashing green lights, and it vibrates when plugged into charger.  I tried the 3 pulse fix in the help section...no use. I tried to restart but it didn't. I also tried to factory reset but it didn't. 

 

Help fix this problem.

Hi @dipenarchie Iam not sure what you have tried with your Alta HR as there is no factory reset option on the Alta HR. But if several restarts don't fix it then there is nothing to be done - it is dying.
