Alta HR screen went blank

So I really didn’t believe this until yesterday. My wife and I have 2 Alta HRs. My screen went blank and I contacted them. They said it couldn’t be fix or reset. The offered me 20% off a new one. They NEVER sent me the code. My wife gave me her’s. A few weeks later funny thing, her screen went black, too. Green lights on the back flicker, it keeps track of your steps. Yes, I tried resetting both several times. If it happed to you, what would you think. Buyer BEWARE!

Hi @ajacobs17  the Alta HR was discontinued early 2019. I had one myself and the screen gradually became too dim to see it. It's not a scam, but these devices do get old. If you can still sync and the blank screen isn't a problem, why not keep using it?
