I can't get the screen to come on. Have had it charged over night but still can't get it. Help

Hi @Christinahizer Unfortunately this is often a sign of the tracker dying. Try Restarting  your Alta HR several times, but if that doesn't help then it has sadly died.

It didn't work even after I charged it for two days.  So I returned it and bought a different one.
