My Fitbit isn't responding to anything. When I put it to charge the battery symbol shows up with an exclamation point (!) in the center of the battery symbol. Is it totally dead? Is my battery dead? Can the battery be replace?

Hi,
I'm also having this problem! It seems strange that it was at 89% and working when I went to bed and then a few hours later it was black. Putting it on the charger eventually showed the exclamation mark in the battery but now it’s black again and if I put it on the charger it doesn’t vibrate and the screen stays black/blank.
