Alta HR sleep tracking not working

Not able to get sleep stats since last software update.  I've reset my device with no results.

Hi Suzy

My Alta HR stopped syncing sleep after latest iOS update on iPhone last week. Have you ahd anyone offering up a solution?

So far, no one has reached out.

I reset my device one more time and even cleaned the sensors on the back of the device and it is now recording sleep stats.

I haven't gotten anything but simplified sleep tracking for about three months now.  Tried all positions, resetting.
