I am having an issue with my fitbit. It was working fine up to this morning. The screen was not switching on despite tapping. I knew the battery was not flat. I plugged it anyway and it was 80% battery and the screen turned on. But after 5-10 mins it switches off and the app can’t find the watch. The screen only works when on the charger.
I already tried restore and deleting the app. I was told Fitbit does not repair their watch… very frustrating when it’s been working fine with zero issues and suddenly decides to die.
