The last week my Alta HR stopped tracking my sleep properly and I thought nothing of it apart from it being slightly annoying however, my AltaHR Heartrate tracker has gone into overdrive.
I have had days of waking up and it says I’ve already had 50 active minutes while sleeping and been in my fat burn zone for that time (really?!?) and now it just has me at 95-105 Heartrate all day just from sitting in the office.
I’ve tried resetting from the charger and it works for 10 minutes taking me back down to 45-55 resting heart rate but then it just shoots back up again.
Any ideas for what I can do to correct this?

Hi @Zak_ward As the restarts you have done haven't fixed the issue, unfortunately your Alta HR is probably dying. The only other thing you can try is to let the battery run completely flat for a few hours and then fully recharge. This sometimes acts as a restart with a bit more whammy, but be aware it isn't great for the battery so I wouldn't try it on a tracker that wasn't towards the end of its life anyway.
