Alta HR stopped tracking my steps

My Alta has suddenly stopped tracking my daily steps. It does log my running steps that I enter as an activity. How do I fix this?

Hi @Greervz Try restarting the Alta HR a few times. That will often fix this problem.

Thanks, Helen. I have tried that, and will see if it works. I had no idea the charging cable had a button on it! Learn something every day. Thanks again.
