A few seconds in the shower by mistake. Dried in rice until it seemed to come back but it's not tracking BP or sleep details

Hi @Edify sadly the Alta HR and water don't mix. If it is still working somewhat you are doing well. If it is actually damaged by the water you can't resurrect it. Sorry
