Alta HR stuck on www.fitbit.com/setup

I recently got a FitBit Alta HR, I already set it up with the Fitbit app but seems to be stuck displaying the "www.fitbit.com/setup" and I haven't been able to see in the display the clock. Eveything else is working fine (sensors and all), that's the only problem.

 

Any idea how I can see the clock on the display instead of the setup message?

Hi there, @SoyAleJimenez. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Alta HR. 

 

Please try the following steps:

 

  • Unpair your Alta HR from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Alta HR again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Alta HR.

 

If you can't get started with your Alta HR, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I couldn't see the answer for your,problem not being able to see my clock. It's still stuck on www.fitbit.com/setup

I have tried your suggestions includiñg the hard reboot and I still only have the Fitbit web address on the display. Any other ideas? Thanks.

Same problem bought a replacement brand new cannot use it. Who decides the best answer??? when the answer doesn't even work?
