Alta HR wasn't syncing - Now it can't be setup.

Ive had my Alta hr for a little over a year now and just this week had issues with syncing. I did all the suggested help tips; force stopped app, updated app, updated phone, turn on/off Bluetooth and finally removed my device from my profile to readd but I can't readd it. My phone and laptop both find my Alta hr so Bluetooth is working but can't connect. I don't know what else to do other than buy a new Fitbit even though this is the only issues, everything else on my tracker works

Hello @Mryjnelane. Welcome to the Community Forums!. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you've tried.

Before anything else, please make sure that your mobile device is included here Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

If you un-paired your Fitbit tracker from your account but not from your phone's Bluetooth, I would recommend that you remove it from there as well, by doing the following:

Remove the Alta HR from the iPhone 10's Bluetooth settings.
Restart your Alta HR.
Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
Log into your Fitbit account on your mobile device.
Setup your Alta HR

Please keep me posted if you have any questions.
