My fitbit stopped syncing once I updated to 11. I've tried wiping/restarting/redownloading everything multiple times and nothing has worked. I sent the fitbit in for repairs and was able to get it to sync once. I got a new fitbit and was able to sync it twice. Tried multiple clean installs with each fitbit device. Tried using laptop and phone each time, all with no luck.
I've gone through enough BS with this and don't really feel like talking to chat support again. Mostly want to say that I will be removing fitbit apps off my laptop and phone until a real solution is found. I'll be switching to samsung wearable if no luck before long.
