I've had my Alta HR for about 4 years and now all of a sudden it won't turn on or charge and when I plugged it in, it got hot to the touch.. I've tried the reset button and nothing happens..
@NicWhit - I hate to say this but it sounds like it may be time for a new device. The Alta HR was always one of my favorite Fitbit devices. I liked its size and features. Now, I’m happy with the Luxe. It’s similar to the Alta HR in size but with a brighter, color display and more features. My Alta HR lasted me a good number of years, too.
