My fitbit ran out of battery (it´s been very erratic lately, sometimes the battery lasts a day, sometimes 3, sometimes 5). I put it to charge, but the display is blank (or black, however you want to describe it).
I´ve read other posts here saying that a reboot should sort it, rebooting meaning pressing the button on the charger 3 times whiles plugged in. The fitbit vibrates, but nothing else happens. I´ve tried a zillion times, plugged directly from a charger in a socket or a usb in a laptop.
Please, can anyone help?
Thanks!
