Alta HR won’t charge, screen is dead

I have only had my Alta HR for less than a year and it’s totally dead. The screen stopped responding or showing anything and I’ve plugged it into several outlets and with several different usb chargers and it won’t respond or charge. I cannot reset it because the screen is totally blank.

I'm having exactly the same issue. Fully charged it last night but woke up this morning to it being totally dead, but the green lights are still flashing

Had mine for 2 1/4 yr - worked this AM - dead at this point.  Can't even reset via the charge button since (and did try a few ports and an outlet) it doesn't even respond to the charger - as in screen stays black - no battery icon, no little buzz when connected.

I wonder if it’s a sneaky way to phase it out ... by pressing the button on the charging cable, I can get mine to show the battery with an exclamation mark, and the legend “V.26.63.02” ... it goes by fast, I had to take a photo with my cell phone ... but nothing more.

I think you might be right with the phase out. I've given up with mine and just decided to buy a standard watch. It was fun while it lasted!
