Hey, I just bought Fitbit Alta HR and tried to set it up, but device doesn't react at all. It doesn't show that is being charged (yes, I plugged charger right) or set up link on its' screen. Tried to tap its' screen, reboot a few times - nothing. Feels like I just bought already broken device.
Maybe somebody else had same first experience, but everything turned out OK? Or I should ask vendor for a refund?

Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. If your Alta HR isn't charging or responding, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.

Hey, thank you for your response.
I brought it back to the suppliers and they tried to troubleshoot the problem, but still same result - device didn't react to anything. They said they never had similar situation to mine. So waiting for their last response - whether they managed to fix it somehow or whether they will change it into another one.
