Alta HR won't connect after putting in the 4 digit code

My alta HR has not been syncing over the last week. I've tried all the recommended tricks: restart phone, turn off/on bluetooth, forget device in bluetooth setting, reinstalling the fitbit app, removing device in fitbit. When trying to add it back, the device is found, but it is not able to connect after putting in the 4-digit code.

Any advice on what to do? I'm pretty attached to my data, so I don't want to be messing with factory resets.

Hi Halka, I've got the exact same problem with my Alta HR. I've tried all the fixes listed in help but no luck. Did you end up getting anywhere? I've even done the online chat with Fitbit and thought I was getting somewhere but then got an error message as they dropped out. I'm ready to throw it at the wall Ive put so many codes in and keep getting "Not working" Grrrr!

@Halka if the situation with your Alta HR persists and you haven’t try so you can restart your device by following the steps in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?. You can also find useful information in this link Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

 

@Jodylive according to Fitbit Support you already contacted them in regards to your Alta HR situation and they provided assistance with this. I suggest keeping an open communication with them.
