My Alta HR won't connect to either Android App or MacBook App.

 

I stopped using it in 9/2020 and would like to restart using it now.

 

My Android Bluetooth detector found it. However the Fitbit Android App can't see it.

 

I installed the Fitbit Connect App on Macbook. It also can't see the device.

 

What else can I try to reconnect it?
