Hello, we are trying to connect an old alta hr device.

The system ask the code, the code is displayed on the device, we type the code on the android app

Then we wait ... again and again and nothing happens ...

 

Do anyone can help ?

Hi @Jeremief38 Have you tried restarting the Alta HR? If not, give it a try. Failing that try THIS Help Article on Set up issues.
