Since a few days my Alta HR does not sync anymore on my Samsung S21. I unpaired the device and tried to add it again, but after it says it found the fitbit and I enter the 4 digits in the fitbit app that are displayed on the device, I get the "not working?" screen and asks me to retry.
I have rebooted the fitbit (pressing the charger button 3 times), rebooted my phone, restarted bluetooth but nothing works.
Help?

I have a Galaxy phone and it loads fine for me. Is your app cache clear?
