Hi there. I got my fitbit alta hr replaced about a year or so ago due to the battery crashing. Now this new alta hr, the sensor lights went out on Monday June 1st and now the battery wont hold a charge for more than a day.
As most of us have, I've come accustomed to using this device for a watch, counting steps, monitoring heart rate, and getting my text messages/phone calls right on my wrist. And like all of us, I have a nice group of friends in the fitbit community that challenge me (and each other) to keep moving.
I'm quite disappointed that these cost more than I'm generally willing to pay for a glorified watch, and they don't last much more than a year? I've done all the suggested resets and nothings changed. Any suggestions?
