My tracker recently started turning off and have had to restart it. After not wearing it for about 5 days the charge seemed to be holding. So I started to wear the tracker. Several hours later it had turned off again? When I restarted it the charge was about 60 %. There seems to be a lot of issues with these trackers doing this. So could this be an issue with the battery life?

Is it synced to your phone or laptop etc? Mine wouldn't hold charge and i discovered it had disconnected itself from the phone app. As soon as i synced it again it has held charge fine x
