I have had trouble with my device for nearly 2 weeks now. I charge it and it dies within a day.
I looked at this help yesterday, restarted it and it fully charged at 10pm last night so wore it to bed. This morning by 8am it is dead again. What do I try next?

Please clean the charging contacts on the tracker with a damp paper towel
Also, restart your tracker again at least 3 times.
If it doesn't fix, I suggesting turning off all day sync to see if that makes any difference.

@amfriesen I don’t believe so, just make sure it is syncing properly, since it’ll need to be “woken up” again after leaving it off for a while.

Thank you for your advice but tried this, and restarted 8 times now and still won’t hold charge more than a few hours 😔

Me, too....is anyone else having problems??? of course, my AltaHR is just out of warranty...
