Hey, all!
After getting a new phone today, my Alta HR won't link with the Fitbit app. It's paired with the bluetooth on the phone just fine (after unpairing it from the old phone), but every time I try linking it to Fitbit, I get "There was an error while trying to bluetooth pair you device. Would you like to try again?" Trying again and again gets me the same message. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app as well. Any suggestions out there?

I'm not sure what is going on, my AltaHR stopped sycing yesterday as well, and I didn't get a new phone. I've done the reset, tried turning bluetooth off and on, I restarted the phone, I even deleted and reloaded the ap, now I can't connect my Alta at all. Tonight I tried to get into my Fitbit account via computer and I can't even do that, it's forcing me to go through Google.
I'm not a happy customer at the moment.

Is your phone running ios 17. Seems there might be an issue with the App when using the latest version of ios
